Small Claims-Initiating a Small Claims Action:
This clinic covers the forms required to start a small claim action, it includes, jurisdiction, and some trial preparation information. This is not a question and answer seminar it is information only.


Small Claims-Responding to Plaintiff’s Claim:
This clinic covers the forms required to file a counter claim, and some trial preparation for a small claims action when you are the person being sued. It also covers post judgment information about installment payments, and enforcement procedures. This is not a question and answer seminar, it is information only.


Enforcing I:
Where are the assets? This clinic provides information on how to find the assets of your judgment debtor, in order to collect. You must wait until thirty days after judgment is entered and no appeal is pending. Bring a copy of your judgment with you to the clinic.


Enforcing II:
Abstracts, and Writs: You must have the information contained in the Judgment Debtor’s Statement of Assets, form SC-133. In this clinic you will learn how to file an abstract against real property, have an earnings assignment issued, how to have a writ of execution issued. (That means have money taken out of person’s paycheck or take money from their bank accounts.)


Enforcing III:
Advanced Enforcement Techniques: This clinic covers how to intercept rents or accounts receivables, how to seize real or personal property for sale. You must have taken Enforcing I & II., and attempted enforcement techniques in Enforcing II before you will be able to sign up for this clinic.

Who can appeal, and when. After collection what is required of the Judgment Creditor
