REQUEST FOR ORDERS: CUSTODY/VISITATION:
How to modify your current child custody orders, or get orders in an existing case.
MOTION TO MODIFY CHILD SUPPORT:
This class helps you with the forms necessary to ask the court to change
your child support order. Bring your income and expense information,
including copies of your last two months paystubs, if applicable.
ANSWER/ RESPONSE:
How to respond to a dissolution, paternity action, or respond to a motion.
FINDINGS & ORDER AFTER HEARING:
Putting what the judge ordered in court into a legally enforceable format.
JUDGMENT AFTER COURT TRIAL:
Once you have had a trial on your dissolution or parentage case this
class helps you to prepare the judgment that puts the orders made by the
court into a legally enforceable format and in dissolution cases is the
document that the judge signs to grant your divorce.
FINAL DISSOLUTION BY DEFAULT:
Finishing your divorce if the other party has not responded.
FINAL DISSOLUTION BY AGREEMENT:
Finishing your divorce by making an agreement with the other party.
PEITION FOR CUSTODY AND SUPPORT / BEGINNING PATERNITY:
How to establish paternity of a child, this can be done by either
parent, or to get initial custody orders when parentage has been
established by a Voluntary Declaration of Paternity, or Judgment.
DEFAULT PATERNITY:
Getting a Judgment of Paternity when the other party has not responded to a Petition to Establish Parentage, or a Petition for Custody and Support.
GUARDIANSHIP CLINIC:
By the end of the clinic you will have gone over the information required for every form necessary to file for a General Guardianship and a Temporary Guardianship if one is appropriate. Bring the completed Guardianship Investigation Questionnaire with you to class. This class is in two parts separated by a lunch hour so you will have time to complete the forms.
