BEGINNING DISSOLUTION:
How to begin divorce proceedings.


OSC CUSTODY/VISITATION WITH TEMPORARY ORDERS:
How to get initial orders and/or temporary orders.


MOTION: CUSTODY VISITATION ONLY:
How to request a change of custody and or visitation orders.


ANSWER/ RESPONSE:
How to respond to a dissolution, paternity action, or respond to a motion.


ORDER AFTER HEARING:
Putting what the judge ordered in court into a legally enforceable format.


FINAL DISSOLUTION BY DEFAULT:
Finishing your divorce if the other party has not responded.


FINAL DISSOLUTION BY MSA:
Finishing your divorce by making an agreement with the other party.


BEGINNING PATERNITY:
How to establish paternity of a child, this can be done by either parent.


DEFAULT PATERNITY:
Getting a Judgment of Paternity when the other party has not responded.


GUARDIANSHIP CLINIC:
By the end of the clinic you will have gone over the information required for every form necessary to file for a General Guardianship and a Temporary Guardianship if one is appropriate. Bring the completed Guardianship Worksheet with you to class. This class is in two parts separated by a lunch hour so you will have time to complete the forms.


COMPLEX SERVICE:
How to accomplish service when you cannot find the person you need to serve. This clinic focuses primarily on domestic relations cases but can provide ideas to assist with locating the other party in any kind of action. The clinic covers what is required for due diligence, service by posting, and service by publication. You must know whether or not you have a fee waiver in your case before coming to the clinic.
